Dr. M. Nagalakshmi completed a dual PhD in Microbiology and Biotechnology at Osmania University in 2007. Alongside her scientific training she is a certified career counselling coach. She founded ThriveCoach to give competitive exam aspirants two things that are usually sold separately: practice papers that follow the real exam pattern, and honest one-on-one guidance on which exam to take, how to plan for it and how to recover from a weak attempt. Her background in the life sciences gives her a close understanding of what NEET and other science-heavy exams demand, and her counselling practice keeps the focus on the student, not just the score.
